Tennessee Lactation Coalition is a professional organization for
International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs)
in the middle Tennessee region.
We are a Chapter of the United States Lactation Consultant Association (http://www.uslca.org/)
and the International Lactation Consultant Association (http://www.ilca.org/).
Tennessee Lactation Coalition members are IBCLCs, RNs, MDs, RDs, CNMs, ARNPs and other mother-baby professionals. Membership is $20 for the calendar year. Membership includes continuing education credits for IBCLCs and sometimes also for RNs and MDs. In the past 6 years, TLC has offered over 35 hours of continuing education!
Education is offered at most of our bi-monthly meetings.
We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of ODD MONTHS at 5:00PM
January, March, May, July, September, November
at The Women's Hospital at Centennial, 2nd floor, dining room.
The Women's Hospital at Centennial offers free parking in the Murphy Avenue garage. The hospital is located at 2221 Murphy Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203
